Our Rates

 

Our rates are very competitive (ex VAT)

 

1. English, French, German, Italian & Spanish                   € 150,- to € 200,- per 1000 words

2. Other EU languages                                                            € 180,- to € 250,- per 1000 words

3. Other languages                                                                   € 200,- to € 450,- per 1000 words

 

 

 

We charge 15% extra + a document fee for certified documents.

 

Minimum rate for 1 = € 45

Minimum rate for 2 = € 55

Minimum rate for 3 = € 65

 

Every translation is assessed on its complexity before a rate is agreed.

 

We offer discounts for high-volume and regular and / or ongoing projects.

 

A rush charge of up to 50% may be applied for unusually rapid turnaround requests.

 

For deliveries outside the Netherlands the VAT is transferred.

 

Orders

 

You can supply your orders by email, mail or courier.

 

Delivery

 

In principle, delivery of translations takes place by email (in MS Word/Word Perfect, PDF). On request you can receive your translation printed on paper, on CD-Rom, by mail or courier. Any courier charges will be passed on.
